This is a question we’ve been getting a lot. In short, it depends on your budget, cash flow, long term goals, and if you offer virtual consultations. For the majority of orthodontic practices, we’d recommend focusing on search engine optimization (SEO) since it often takes between 6-12 months to rank for top keywords. If you want to be aggressive, you can do paid ads, however, we’d recommend having a very structured process during these times. Our full marketing program (we call it Turnkey Marketing) takes 2-4 weeks to set up. This setup includes web design, paid ad campaign design, review and referral software implementation, SEO implementation, landing page design, and a few collaborative strategy sessions. If you don’t plan on getting a new website, this 2-4 week timeline can be reduced.

Orthodontic practice management softwares that we work with include most versions of the following softwares: Cloud9Ortho, Dolphin, and Ortho2. If your software is non-compatible, we can still help you.
