We will rely on your staff to provide us with initial information and content based on what services we're providing for you.
You will receive new patient leads via email notifications and phone calls. You will be able to book monthly marketing phone calls with your dedicated project manager. We also send you monthly progress reports to show you the results. Long story short, we make sure that you’re seeing results.

Our Turnkey Marketing Program takes 2-4 weeks to set up. This setup includes web design, paid ad campaign design, review and referral software implementation, SEO implementation, landing page design, and a few collaborative strategy sessions. If you don’t plan on getting a new website, this 2-4 week timeline can be reduced.
